Trouble Downloading PDF Files?
All Browsers
1. Clear your browsers history file. A corrupted file may be "stuck" there.
2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Acrobat Reader or other PDF reader.
FireFox users: You may need to download a free pdf add-on. Click Here
Opera users: You may need to alter your settings. Click Here
Internet Explorer users: Make sure you have the latest version and it is updated.
Netscape users: The free pdf add-on from Mozilla - Firefox should work in Netscape.
If you still can not download the file, try the following:
1) Create a holding folder on your hard drive (e.g., My Documents/ScotsFind). 2) Right click on the link to the file you want to view. 3) Click on "Save As" 4) Save the file in the folder you created. 5) Open the file from your hard drive.
